The Ministry invites Expressions of Interest from planters and nurseries interested in the production of litchi layers of the Tai So and Yook Ho Pow varieties under the Programme for the Production of Quality Litchi Layers.

Applicants should:

• Be registered with the Corporate and Business Registration Department (CBRD).
• Have experience in the production of litchi layers.
• Sign a Contract Agreement with the Agricultural Services of the Ministry of Agro-Industry, Food Security, Blue Economy and Fisheries.
• Comply with the procedures and guidelines for litchi layer production established by the Ministry.
• Adhere to quality control measures prescribed by the Ministry to ensure compliance with the minimum standards for litchi layer production.
• Supply the litchi layers produced exclusively to the Ministry for sale.

Expressions of Interest should be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Quality Litchi Layers” to the Senior Chief Executive, Ministry of Agro-Industry, Food Security, Blue Economy and Fisheries at the address below at latest by Friday 24 July 2026.

The Ministry reserves the right to annul the above exercise without causing prejudice to any applicant.
