Invitation for Bids (IFB)

1. The Food and Agricultural Research and Extension Institute (FAREI) is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals through the Government eProcurement System for the Supply, Installation, Testing, Configuration and Commissioning of an Accounting Software.
2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: FAREI/IFB/2026/622
3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by 23 February up to 14 00hr (Local Time).
4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from 23 February 2026 from 16 01 hr till 25 February 2026 up to 13 30 hr.
5. Bids will be opened online at the address given hereunder as from 25 February 2026 at 13 31 hr.

6. Bidders or their designated representatives are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting on 27 January 2026 at 10 00hr in the Conference Room of FAREI, Head Office, Reduit.
7. The Food and Agricultural Research and Extension Institute (FAREI) reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
