Purpose

Encouraging farmers engaged in livestock production activities as well as agro-entrepreneurs to acquire farm machinery/equipment for mechanisation of their production system and also venture in food processing or other value-addition activities.

Grant Amount

50% grant up to a maximum of Rs 300,000

Eligibility Criteria

• Operating in the agro-industrial sector for at least one
• Holder of title deed or registered lease agreement for a minimum of 5 years post application
• For Beekeepers – Provide a Beekeeper Card from Entomology Division (MAIFS)
• Applicant may apply for more than once up to three applications for a maximum of Rs 300,000 within a period of 3 years
