Purpose
Encouraging farmers engaged in livestock production activities as well as agro-entrepreneurs to acquire farm machinery/equipment for mechanisation of their production system and also venture in food processing or other value-addition activities.
Grant Amount
50% grant up to a maximum of Rs 250,000
Eligibility Criteria
- Operating in the agro-industrial sector for at least one year
- Holder of title deed or registered lease agreement for a minimum of 3 years post application
- For Beekeepers – Provide a Beekeeper Card from Entomology Division (MAIFS)
- Applicant may apply for more than once up to three applications for a maximum of Rs 250,000 within a period of 3 years
