Subsidy to Beekeepers

MINISTÈRE DE L’AGRO-INDUSTRIE ET DE LA SECURITÉ ALIMENTAIRE

In line with Budgetary Measures 2022/23, a subsidy of Rs 500 per queen bee up to a maximum of 10 queens will be provided to beekeepers.
In this context, the Ministry of Agro Industry and Food Security is inviting queen bee producers to register as potential suppliers of queen bee.
Application forms for registration as suppliers of queen bee are available on the website of the Ministry:

Application forms to benefit from the subsidy of Rs 500 per queen bee are available at the Food and Agricultural Research and Extension Institute (FAREI) and the Entomology Division, Réduit. The application form may be downloaded from the website https://agriculture.govmu.org/SitePages/Index.aspx.
