Reply to any request for clarification received <strong>will be made 7 days prior<\/strong> to the deadline for submission of bids.<\/em><\/li><li>Bidders should be registered with the CIDB in the appropriate grade in Building Construction Works.<\/li><li>A pre-bid meeting followed by a site visit will be held on <strong>30<\/strong><strong> September 2021 \u00a0<\/strong><strong>at 10.00 hours (local time)<\/strong> \u00a0in the <strong>Conference room, Head Office, FAREI, \u00a0Reduit. <\/strong><\/li><li>Bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System at latest by <strong>Monday 08 November 2021 up to 13.00 hrs.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Monday 08 November 2021 from 16.01 hrs till<\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> Wednesday 10 November 2021 up to 13.30 hrs.<\/strong><\/li><li>Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders\u2019 representatives who choose to attend on <strong>Wednesday 10 November 2021 at 13.31 hrs. \u00a0in the conference room, Head Office, FAREI, Reduit.<\/strong><\/li><li>The <strong>Food and Agricultural Research and Extension Institute<\/strong> reserve the right;
